Terms
You are accepting all our Terms and Conditions, Buyers Premiums, Taxes, Shipping and Payment stipulations when you place a bid at our auction. All sales are final at the drop of the hammer. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions with no refunds or exchanges. All merchandise is sold in an "as is" condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale with the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion without reason or explanation.

If we do not receive your E-transfer payment within 3 days of the auction we will charge the outstanding balance to the credit card on file.

Storage fees:
A $5.00 per item per day will be charged on items not picked up beyond the two-week period following our auction. We reserve the right to ship those items to you and charge the card on file if not picked up in a timely manner.

In Canada, a valid P.A.L. (possession and acquisition license) is required to acquire firearms and ammunition. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased within Canada. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on auction day. USA and International bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases and a $40.00 administrative fee is applied on all firearms sales. If purchased items cannot be imported, the items will be sold at the next available auction. Consignment commissions are applicable on the resale. Please note that we do not ship ammunition outside Canada.
Please note that tariffs and duties may be charged on items going to the USA. These assessments are based on the original place of manufacture, not the point of purchase. Rates fluctuate and are assessed on the day of shipping. Any duties, tariffs, taxes, or brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Be aware that these charges can be substantial. You are responsible for all permits, duty and customs charges on items you purchase.
Some items cannot be imported into the USA based on the country of manufacture (e.g., Russia, China, Cuba, Iran, etc.). You are responsible for confirming that you may legally receive the item in your jurisdiction before bidding.
We are not responsible for items seized or confiscated by customs or border agencies. No refunds will be issued in these cases


Landsborough Auctions does not guarantee or make warranties on any lot sold. Ratings in the catalogue are opinion. We acknowledge that errors may occur although we endeavour to give you accurate information in what is written. We strongly recommend personally viewing any item you bid on. Landsborough Auctions will not return or refund money if an item is not exactly in the same condition as listed in the catalogue. No employee of Landsborough Auctions is authorized to make on our behalf or that of the consignor, any representation or warranty, oral or written, with respect to any lot or item for sale.

All items in this auction are sold unreserved. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw any items or bids by the offending consignorand black list the offenders from future auctions.

Except as expressly provided above, all property is sold “AS IS". Landsborough Auctions, nor the consignor, makes any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the title, merchantability, fitness or condition of the property or as to the correctness of description, authenticity, attribution, provenance or period of the property or as to whether the purchaser acquires any copyrights or other intellectual property rights in lots sold or as to whether a work of art is subject to the artist’s moral rights or other residual rights of the artist. All firearms and ammunition are sold as collectables only. Fitness to fire or otherwise discharge the arm or ammunition is expressly denied by Landsborough Auctions. A competent gunsmith should be consulted before attempting to use or fire any firearm or ammunition. The purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that in no event shall Landsborough Auctions be liable for any damages including without limitation any compensatory, incidental or consequential damages.
