Your items are available for pickup on the Tuesday following the sale for a period of two weeks. Please email cs@landsboroughauctions.com to make alternate arrangements.
Storage fees:
A $5.00 per item per day will be charged on items not picked beyond the two-week period following our auction.
Shipping Details:
A prerequisite of our auction is to select your preference to pick up or have items shipped. We will follow your selection. Items will be shipped together when possible. Shipping charges are determined after items have been packaged and weighed. There is a packaging cost of $15.00 per box shipped. Specific items cannot be or will not be shipped (for example black powder or very large or costly to ship items).
All items are sent by Canada Post, UPS or CanPar depending on location, size of parcel and regulations.
Items will be insured and a signature required.
We ship ammunition ONLY within Canada. Ammunition and firearms are shipped separately.
Dangerous goods (ammunition, powder, muzzle loading ignition, primers and compressed gases...) will be shipped by UPS or CanPar. We require a physical address as UPS and CanPar do not deliver to PO Boxes. Costs for shipping are processed on your credit card through the ICollector site.

Auction sales will be charged to Visa or Mastercard. NOTE TO ALL BUYERS: All purchases will be made in CAD (Canadian Dollars) currency. All sales are final at the drop of the hammer. All items purchased by bidders will be charged to their Visa or Mastercard at the conclusion of the auction through the ICollector site. If shipping is required for the purchases, a second charge will occur the day the item has been shipped.

Terms
You are accepting all our Terms and Conditions, Buyers Premiums, Taxes, Shipping and Payment stipulations when you place a bid at our auction. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions with no refunds or exchanges. All merchandise is sold in an 'as is' condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion without reason or explanation.
If purchased items cannot be imported, the items will be sold at the next available auction. Consignment commissions are applicable on the resale.
Landsborough Auctions does not guarantee or make warranties on any lot sold. Ratings in the catalog are opinion. We acknowledge that errors may occur although we endeavor to give you accurate information in what is written. We strongly recommend to personally view any item you bid on. Landsborough Auctions will not return or refund money if item is not exactly in the same condition as listed in catalog. No employee of Landsborough Auctions is authorized to make on our behalf or that of the consignor, any representation or warranty, oral or written, with respect to any lot or item for sale.
All items in this auction are sold unreserved. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw any items or bids by the offending consignor.
