We are now accepting e-transfers for payment but you must have a credit card on file to sign up.
If you choose to pay by e-transfer send payment immediately to
etransfers@landsboroughauctions.com
and include your buyer/paddle # in the message portion. You will have 3 days to pay then we will charge the card on file.
If you are bidding on items that don't require a PAL please use 00000000.
RCMP now requires a PAL to purchase Firearms, Ammunition, Magazines, Powder, Barrels and Gun-slides.
Photos of PAL & Driver's License must be emailed to us before firearms will be shipped.
Please note that items that do not sell will be disposed of by us.

Please note that tariffs and duties may be charged on items going to the USA. These assessments are based on the original place of manufacture, not the point of purchase. Rates fluctuate and are assessed on the day of shipping. Any duties, tariffs, taxes, or brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Be aware that these charges can be substantial. You are responsible for all permits, duty and customs charges on items you purchase.
Some items cannot be imported into the USA based on the country of manufacture (e.g., Russia, China, Cuba, Iran, etc.). You are responsible for confirming that you may legally receive the item in your jurisdiction before bidding.
We are not responsible for items seized or confiscated by customs or border agencies. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
HAND GUN BIDDERS
**You must have an RPAL to purchase this firearm.
Gun has not been test fired or inspected by a gunsmith. All guns are sold “As Is”. We do not clean guns and recommend a thorough cleaning before use. You Must send us copies of front and back of your PAL and Driver’s License if you are having your firearms shipped to you.
Due to Government restrictions handguns can no longer be sold within Canada to an individual unless you meet certain exemption criteria. If you are a firearms business, out-of-country bidder (you must contact an exporting service before bidding). If you have the Olympic Exemption letter, hold an authorization to carry (ATC) or Museum classification.
