Photos of PAL & Driver's License(front & back of both) must be emailed to us before firearms will be shipped.
Due to Government restrictions handguns can no longer be sold within Canada to an individual with an RPAL unless you meet certain criteria:
You are a firearms business, out-of-country bidder (you must contact an exporting service before bidding), you have the Olympic Target Shooting Exemption letter, you hold an authorization to carry or have a Museum classification. Proof of these exemptions must be emailed to us. We will require the name of your SHOOTING CLUB & MEMBERSHIP NUMBER (only if outside of Ontario), CITY OF BIRTH and the EMAIL ADDRESS on file with the RCMP to complete the registration certificate transfer.
Handguns can be purchased and be dismantled for an additional $50 and the parts are yours (except the frame that will be given to the OPP for destruction)as long as you have a PAL you will also receive the barrel (if it comes off the frame), the magazine/cylinder, slide. If you don't have a PAL then you can still buy parts but you will not be eligible to receive those particular parts that require a firearms license.

Your items are available for pickup on the Wednesday following the sale for a period of two weeks. Please email cs@landsboroughauctions.com to make alternate arrangements.
Storage fees:
A $5.00 per item per day will be charged on items not picked up beyond the two-week period following our auction.We reserve the right to ship those items to you and charge the card on file if not picked up in a timely manner.
Shipping Details:
A prerequisite of our auction is to select your preference to pick up or have items shipped. We will honour your selection. Items will be shipped together when possible. Shipping charges are determined after items have been packaged and weighed. There will be $15.00 per package handling charge. Specific items cannot be or will not be shipped (for example black powder or very large or expensive-to-ship items).
All items are sent by Canada Post or Purolator Courier depending on location, size of parcel and regulations.
Items will be insured and a signature required.
We ship ammunition ONLY within Canada. Ammunition and firearms are shipped separately.
Dangerous goods (ammunition, powder, muzzle loading ignition, primers and compressed gases) will be shipped by Purolator. We require a physical address as UPS/Purolator do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please note we can only use Purolator for ammo and their costs will be more expensive than in the past. Purolator and UPS are the only option for shipping ammunition in Canada.

You have sole responsibility for your purchases. You and or your importing FFL will be required to file paperwork with BATF in order to import an item. Please check with your FFL and/or BATF regarding import of specific items. Not all firearms are able to be imported/exported into the USA. Note that any items that you have purchased but are deemed “not importable/exportable” will be sold at our next available auction. Our regular commission charges apply to the resale of your items.

For shipping a second charge will occur the day the item has been shipped which will include shipping, insurance and a packing fee. Shipping is done in numerical order by paddle number and starts the Monday after the auction. Once your package(s) have been scanned by the courier company picking up (Canada Post or UPS/Purolator(ammo)) then they send you an email with your tracking information.
Insurance cost will be charged and calculated at $2.90 per $100, so $1-$100 is $2.90, $101-$200 is $5.70, $201-$300 is $8.70 and so forth. Costs for shipping and insurance are processed on your credit card through the iCollector site.

You are accepting all our Terms and Conditions, Buyers Premiums, Taxes, Shipping and Payment stipulations when you place a bid at our auction. All sales are final at the drop of the hammer. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions with no refunds or exchanges. All merchandise is sold in an "as is" condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale with the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion without reason or explanation.

In Canada, a valid P.A.L. (possession and acquisition license) is required to acquire firearms and ammunition. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased within Canada. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on auction day. USA and International bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases and a $40.00 administrative fee is applied on all firearms sales. If purchased items cannot be imported, the items will be sold at the next available auction. Consignment commissions are applicable on the resale. Please note that we do not ship ammunition outside Canada.
Please note that tariffs and duties may be charged on items going to the USA. These assessments are based on the original place of manufacture, not the point of purchase.
