Pickups:
Pickups are Monday to Friday 9 AM- 5 PM. Saturday by appointment only.
You must pick up your items within 14 days of auction closing. If you have not contacted us to make other arrangements, we will ship your items out to you and charge your credit card on file for those charges. There will be a $5.00 per day/per lot storage fee charged for items left past the 14 days.
For Prohibited and Restricted buyers, we will contact you, to let you know when your transfer is completed. For handguns that are waiting transfers, there will be no storage charges applied during this waiting period.
If you wish to change your preference from pick up to ship, please email cs@landsboroughauctions.com with your request before the start of the auction.

Shipping Details:
NOTE: Canada Post has increased some of their rates affecting fuel surcharges and oversized packages in the case of firearms and large sized items being shipped. We will do our best to package items accordingly.
A prerequisite of our auction is to select your preference to pick up or have items shipped. We will honour your selection. Items will be shipped together when possible. Shipping charges are determined after items have been packaged and weighed. There will be $15.00 per package handling charge per box. Specific items cannot be or will not be shipped (for example black powder or very large or expensive-to-ship items).
All items are sent by Canada Post or Purolator Courier depending on location, size of parcel and regulations.
Items will be insured and a signature required.
We ship ammunition ONLY within Canada. Ammunition and firearms are shipped separately.
Dangerous goods (ammunition, powder, muzzle loading ignition, primers and compressed gases) will be shipped by Purolator. We require a physical address as Purolator does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please note we can only use Purolator for ammo and their costs will be more expensive than in the past. Purolator is the only option for shipping ammunition.
For shipping a second charge will occur the day the item has been shipped which will include shipping, insurance and a packing fee. Shipping is done in numerical order by paddle number and starts the Monday after the auction. Once your package(s) have been scanned by the courier company picking up (Canada Post or Purolator(ammo) then they send you an email with your tracking information.
Insurance cost will be charged and calculated at $2.90 per $100, so $1-$100 is $2.90, $101-$200 is $5.70, $201-$300 is $8.70 and so forth. Costs for shipping and insurance are processed on your credit card through the iCollector site.

Terms
You are accepting all our Terms and Conditions, Buyers Premiums, Taxes, Shipping and Payment stipulations when you place a bid at our auction. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions with no refunds or exchanges. All merchandise is sold in an "as is" condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale with the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion without reason or explanation.
In Canada, a valid P.A.L./R.P.A.L. (Possession and Acquisition license/Restricted PAL) is required to acquire firearms and ammunition. Firearm registration applies to all Restricted and Prohibited firearms purchased within Canada. All Non-restricted firearms require a RCMP PAL Reference Clearance. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on auction day. The PAL Reference clearance will be initiated the Monday after the auction and can take a few days or weeks to receive an approval number. USA and International bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases and a $40.00 administrative fee is applied on all firearms sales. If purchased items cannot be imported, the items will be sold at the next available auction. Consignment commissions are applicable on the resale. Please note that we do not ship ammunition outside Canada.
Landsborough Auctions does not guarantee or make warranties on any lot sold. Ratings in the catalogue are opinion. We acknowledge that errors may occur although we endeavor to give you accurate information in what is written. We strongly recommend personally viewing any item you bid on. Landsborough Auctions will not return or refund money if an item is not exactly in the same condition as listed in the catalogue. No employee of Landsborough Auctions is authorized to make on our behalf or that of the consignor, any representation or warranty, oral or written, with respect to any lot or item for sale.
All items in this auction are sold unreserved. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw any items or bids by the offending consignor.

A competent gunsmith should be consulted before attempting to use or fire any firearm or ammunition. The purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that in no event shall Landsborough Auctions be liable for any damages including without limitation any compensatory, incidental or consequential damages.
