Shipping Information
All items are sent by Canada Post, UPS or Purolator, depending on location, size of parcel and regulations. We don't guarantee delivery times and will not refund shipping charges for parcels that are not delivered by a specific date.
All items will go out by parcel, be insured and a signature 18+ is required. Ammunition will now be shipped Purolator or UPS. We must ship ammunition and firearms to the address on file with the CFO. We require a physical address for shipments with ammunition, UPS and Purolator will not deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipping charges will be determined after preparation of your shipment,as we need to pack, weigh and measure each box. Your credit card will be charged before the parcel leaves our facility.
You will be emailed a tracking number to your email on file, when your parcel is sent out. Please check your junk email. This email will come from the shipping company.
In the event that your parcel is returned to us, you will be charged for the return fee.
Shipping Cost:
You will be charged for the actual cost of shipping that the carrier charges us.
Shipping charges on firearms can vary based on value and destination. Shipping cost is determined by the value, size, weight, destination and packaging fee.
Ammunition is heavy and expensive to ship. Ammunition and firearms cannot be shipped in the same box.
Plus a packaging fee of $15.00 per box.
Plus insurance on the value of your parcel at a rate of $2.50 per 100, so an item with a value of $1-$100 is $2.50, $101-$200 is $5.00, $201-$300 is $7.50 and so forth.
Plus the tax.

Your items are available for pickup on the Monday following the sale for a period of two weeks. Please email cs@landsboroughauctions.com to make alternate arrangements.

Shipping Details:
A prerequisite of our auction is to select your preference to pick up or have items shipped. We will follow your selection. Items will be shipped together when possible. Shipping charges are determined after items have been packaged and weighed. There will be $15.00 per box packing charge. Specific items cannot be or will not be shipped (for example black powder or very large or costly to ship items).

Dangerous goods (ammunition, powder, muzzle loading ignition, primers and compressed gases) will be shipped by UPS. We require a physical address as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please note we can only use UPS for ammo; their costs will be more than in the past. UPS is the only option we have for ammo. Insurance cost will be charged and calculated at $2.50 per $100, so $1-$100 is $2.50, $101-$200 is $5.00, $201-$300 is $7.50 and so forth. Costs for shipping are processed on your credit card through the iCollector site.

Auction sales will be charged to Visa or Mastercard. NOTE TO ALL BUYERS: All purchases will be made in CAD (Canadian Dollars) currency. All sales are final at the drop of the hammer. All items purchased by bidders will be charged to their Visa or Mastercard at the conclusion of the auction through the iCollector site. If shipping is required for the purchases, a second charge will occur the day the item has been shipped.

Terms
You are accepting all our Terms and Conditions, Buyers Premiums, Taxes, Shipping and Payment stipulations when you place a bid at our auction. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions with no refunds or exchanges. All merchandise is sold in an 'as is' condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion without reason or explanation.
In Canada a valid P.A.L. (possession and acquisition license) is required to acquire firearms and ammunition. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased within Canada. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on auction day. USA and International bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases and a $40.00 administrative fee is applied on all firearms sales. If purchased items cannot be imported, the items will be sold at the next available auction. Consignment commissions are applicable on the resale. Please note that we do not ship ammunition outside Canada.
Landsborough Auctions does not guarantee or make warranties on any lot sold. Ratings in the catalog are opinion. We acknowledge that errors may occur although we endeavor to give you accurate information in what is written. We strongly recommend to personally view any item you bid on. Landsborough Auctions will not return or refund money if item is not exactly in the same condition as listed in catalog. No employee of Landsborough Auctions is authorized to make on our behalf or that of the consignor, any representation or warranty, oral or written, with respect to any lot or item for sale.
All items in this auction are sold unreserved. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw any items or bids by the offending consignor.
