Due to the recent and ever changing procedures for transferring long and hand guns, we are first asking that people do not call or show up for pickup until Wednesday. As this is all new to everyone and the RCMP are inundated with transfers and calls. This applies to ALL items purchased in the auction. We require your patience.
By Monday morning after the sale, people that have made gun purchase, you will need to insure that you have to correct information on your I collector profile: name, Date of Birth, address, phone number and email address, this MUST match what you have on file with the RCMP. People that have given us incorrect information, will not allow us to complete your transfer and you will be doing so at your own risk of possibly not getting the transfer completed. This is most important for handguns as nobody knows for sure on the timeline the Government has on stopping and ceasing transfers.
Any person purchasing a long gun on-line and requested shipping, will have to email us front and back of your PAL and front and back of one other piece of photo ID such as driver’s license. No guns will be shipped until we receive the required documentation. Pease include your paddle number in your emails.
We will be accepting hand guns for our August 7, 2022. If we find there is a large interest and guns available we will run and July sale as well. Any guns dropped off will be left in the consignors name; we will transfer to the buyers name once auction is complete. We feel this best in case there are changes to the Regulations you will have the ability to receive your guns back.
If anyone has any questions about items listed in our auction, you must do so by Friday at 4:00 PM. After that point we cannot respond to your calls or emails regarding items.

Your items are available for pickup on the Monday following the sale for a period of two weeks. Please email cs@landsboroughauctions.com to make alternate arrangements.

Shipping Details:
A prerequisite of our auction is to select your preference to pick up or have items shipped. We will follow your selection. Items will be shipped together when possible. Shipping charges are determined after items have been packaged and weighed. There will be $15.00 per box packing charge. Specific items cannot be or will not be shipped (for example black powder or very large or costly to ship items).
All items are sent by Canada Post or UPS depending on location, size of parcel and regulations.
Items will be insured and a signature required.
We ship ammunition ONLY within Canada. Ammunition and firearms are shipped separately.
Dangerous goods (ammunition, powder, muzzle loading ignition, primers and compressed gases) will be shipped by UPS. We require a physical address as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please note we can only use UPS for ammo; their costs will be more than in the past. UPS is the only option we have for ammo. Insurance cost will be charged and calculated at $2.90 per $100, so $1-$100 is $2.90, $101-$200 is $5.70, $201-$300 is $8.70 and so forth. Costs for shipping are processed on your credit card through the iCollector site.

Auction sales will be charged to Visa or Mastercard. NOTE TO ALL BUYERS: All purchases will be made in CAD (Canadian Dollars) currency. All sales are final at the drop of the hammer. All items purchased by bidders will be charged to their Visa or Mastercard at the conclusion of the auction through the iCollector site. If shipping is required for the purchases, a second charge will occur the day the item has been shipped.

Terms
You are accepting all our Terms and Conditions, Buyers Premiums, Taxes, Shipping and Payment stipulations when you place a bid at our auction. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions with no refunds or exchanges. All merchandise is sold in an 'as is' condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion without reason or explanation.
In Canada a valid P.A.L. (possession and acquisition license) is required to acquire firearms and ammunition. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased within Canada. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on auction day. USA and International bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases and a $40.00 administrative fee is applied on all firearms sales. If purchased items cannot be imported, the items will be sold at the next available auction. Consignment commissions are applicable on the resale. Please note that we do not ship ammunition outside Canada.
Landsborough Auctions does not guarantee or make warranties on any lot sold. Ratings in the catalog are opinion. We acknowledge that errors may occur although we endeavor to give you accurate information in what is written. We strongly recommend to personally view any item you bid on. Landsborough Auctions will not return or refund money if item is not exactly in the same condition as listed in catalog. No employee of Landsborough Auctions is authorized to make on our behalf or that of the consignor, any representation or warranty, oral or written, with respect to any lot or item for sale.
