**You must have a PAL to purchase this firearm.
The wooden stock has several scratches and minor dents on both sides. There are wood chips on both sides near the grips. There are white scuff marks on the left hand side. There is a crack on the left hand side where the wooden stock meets the receiver on the bottom side. The matte receiver has a number of scratches on the right hand side. The left hand side has a Mesa Tactical ammunition holder attached to hold an additional 6 rounds. The wooden forearm is in very good condition. The matte bore has a number of proof marks on both sides near where the more meets the receiver. There are a couple minor scratches on both sides of the barrel but overall in very good condition. There is typical wear from the forend sliding. The bore is shiny and smooth. Has cylinder choke. Has both rear and front sights.
Firearm has not been test fired or inspected by a gunsmith. All firearms and firearm parts are sold “As Is”. We do not clean firearm and recommend a thorough cleaning before use. You Must send us copies of front and back of your PAL and Driver’s License if you are having your Restricted/Non-Restricted firearms shipped to you.

Your items are available for pickup on the Wednesday following the sale for a period of two weeks. Please email cs@landsboroughauctions.com to make alternate arrangements.
Storage fees:
A $5.00 per item per day will be charged on items not picked up beyond the two-week period following our auction.We reserve the right to ship those items to you and charge the card on file if not picked up in a timely manner.
Shipping Details:
A prerequisite of our auction is to select your preference to pick up or have items shipped. We will honour your selection. Items will be shipped together when possible. Shipping charges are determined after items have been packaged and weighed. There will be $15.00 per package handling charge. Specific items cannot be or will not be shipped (for example black powder or very large or expensive-to-ship items).
All items are sent by Canada Post or Purolator Courier depending on location, size of parcel and regulations.
Items will be insured and a signature required.
We ship ammunition ONLY within Canada. Ammunition and firearms are shipped separately.
Dangerous goods (ammunition, powder, muzzle loading ignition, primers and compressed gases) will be shipped by Purolator. We require a physical address as Purolator does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please note we can only use Purolator for ammo and their costs will be more expensive than in the past. Purolator and UPS are the only option for shipping ammunition in Canada.

You have sole responsibility for your purchases. You and or your importing FFL will be required to file paperwork with BATF in order to import an item. Please check with your FFL and/or BATF regarding import of specific items. Not all firearms are able to be imported/exported into the USA. Note that any items that you have purchased but are deemed “not importable/exportable” will be sold at our next available auction. Our regular commission charges apply to the resale of your items.

In Canada, a valid P.A.L. (possession and acquisition license) is required to acquire firearms and ammunition. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased within Canada. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on auction day. USA and International bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases and a $40.00 administrative fee is applied on all firearms sales. If purchased items cannot be imported, the items will be sold at the next available auction. Consignment commissions are applicable on the resale.
