**Gun is possibly unsafe to shoot**. This pistol has been heavily modified. Trigger has modified release weight and is appropriate for an advanced shooter only. The hammer WILL FOLLOW on slide release from lever although it will not push off. Gun has not been test fired or inspected by gunsmith.
Action DOES NOT work as intended by the manufacturer.
Guns are not cleaned by us and recommend thorough cleaning before use.
Finish is good and has 2 scratches on the frame and one on the slide from the slide stop and some damage to the front grip strap. Barrel is good with some lead build up at chamber. Includes Bomar rear sight. Wood grips have been modified for extended mag release. Has extended ambidextrous safety. Grip safety has been deactivated and WILL FIRE without being depressed. Straight back strap. Skeletonized trigger and hammer. Includes 3 magazines and hard case.

Shipping Details:
A prerequisite of our auction is to select your preference to pick up or have items shipped. We will follow your selection. Items will be shipped together when possible. Shipping charges are determined after items have been packaged and weighed. There will be $15.00 per box packing charge. Specific items cannot be or will not be shipped (for example black powder or very large or costly to ship items).
All items are sent by Canada Post , Purolator or UPS depending on location, size of parcel and regulations.
Items will be insured and a signature required.
We ship ammunition ONLY within Canada. Ammunition and firearms are shipped separately.
Dangerous goods (ammunition, powder, muzzle loading ignition, primers and compressed gases) will be shipped by UPS. We require a physical address as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please note we can only use UPS for ammo; their costs will be more than in the past. UPS is the only option we have for ammo. Insurance cost will be charged and calculated at $2.50 per $100, so $1-$100 is $2.50, $101-$200 is $5.00, $201-$300 is $7.50 and so forth. Costs for shipping are processed on your credit card through the iCollector site.

Auction sales will be charged to Visa or Mastercard. NOTE TO ALL BUYERS: All purchases will be made in CAD (Canadian Dollars) currency. All sales are final at the drop of the hammer. If shipping is required for the purchases, a second charge will occur the day the item has been shipped.

The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions with no refunds or exchanges. All merchandise is sold in an 'as is' condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. In Canada a valid P.A.L. (possession and acquisition license) is required to acquire firearms and ammunition. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased within Canada. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on auction day. USA and International bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases and a $40.00 administrative fee is applied on all firearms sales. If purchased items cannot be imported, the items will be sold at the next available auction. Consignment commissions are applicable on the resale. Please note that we do not ship ammunition outside Canada.
