Pick Up Dates are Tuesday December 12 from 4:00pm to 8pm. and Wednesday December 13 at 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Some items are large and heavy please bring your own people power and moving equipment to load your purchases. We will not be helping.
You must supply your own packaging materials, boxes etc.

You are accepting all our Terms and Conditions, Buyers Premiums, Taxes and Payment stipulations when you place a bid at our auction. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions with no refunds or exchanges. All merchandise is sold in an "as is" condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale with the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion without reason or explanation.
If purchased items cannot be imported, the items will be sold at the next available auction. Consignment commissions are applicable on the resale.
Landsborough Auctions does not guarantee or make warranties on any lot sold. Ratings in the catalogue are opinion. We acknowledge that errors may occur although we endeavour to give you accurate information in what is written. Landsborough Auctions will not return or refund money if an item is not exactly in the same condition as listed in the catalogue. No employee of Landsborough Auctions is authorized to make on our behalf or that of the consignor, any representation or warranty, oral or written, with respect to any lot or item for sale.
All items in this auction are sold unreserved. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw any items or bids by the offending consignor.
