Firearm is unused/unfired.
Both forearm and rear stocks have checkering with fleur-de-lis style design integrated. Forearm wood shows checkering is still very sharp, there is wear on the clear finish, clear coat varnish shows lots of cracking with very minor peeling. There are a few light tiny dents. Rear stock shows varnish cracking with very minor tiny peeled specks in areas. Grip cap has Grand American in gold inlay with a circle around it. There are also light fine scuffs and few light tiny dents. Condition of the stock is very good.
Metal shows very good, crisp engravings on barrels and receiver with gold inlays of animals on either sides and birds on the bottom. Trigger guard shows the initials DMA (M is in gold inlay). Other areas show jeweling such as on water tables, barrel flats, and forearm metal surfaces. Custom Built By Winchester is imprinted between the barrels by breech. One barrel set has fixed Improved Cylinder choke & Improved Modified choke. Other barrel set has WS1- & WS2 chokes imprinted (Wide Spread). Finish in certain areas is very lightly uneven and a few rust specks can be seen in areas. Bores are shiny and smooth. Condition is excellent.
Firearm comes in a leather case with the initials D.M.A. and holds both barreled uppers. There are no keys. Case shows scuffs in the finish, tie down straps shows light tarnish off their buckles, there are some light scratches and scuffs, and a small rip; condition is excellent. A manual, warranty, & warranty card is present.

Gun has not been test fired or inspected by a gunsmith. All guns are sold “As Is”. We do not clean guns and recommend a thorough cleaning before use. You Must send us copies of front and back of your PAL and Driver’s License if you are having your firearms shipped to you.

Your items are available for pickup on the Wednesday following the sale for a period of two weeks. Please email cs@landsboroughauctions.com to make alternate arrangements.
Storage fees:
A $5.00 per item per day will be charged on items not picked up beyond the two-week period following our auction.
Shipping Details:
A prerequisite of our auction is to select your preference to pick up or have items shipped. We will honour your selection. Items will be shipped together when possible. Shipping charges are determined after items have been packaged and weighed. There will be $15.00 per package handling charge. Specific items cannot be or will not be shipped (for example black powder or very large or expensive-to-ship items).
All items are sent by Canada Post or Purolator Courier depending on location, size of parcel and regulations.
Items will be insured and a signature required.
We ship ammunition ONLY within Canada. Ammunition and firearms are shipped separately.
Dangerous goods (ammunition, powder, muzzle loading ignition, primers and compressed gases) will be shipped by Purolator. We require a physical address as Purolator does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please note we can only use Purolator for ammo and their costs will be more expensive than in the past. Purolator and UPS are the only option for shipping ammunition in Canada.

In Canada, a valid P.A.L. (possession and acquisition license) is required to acquire firearms and ammunition. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased within Canada. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on auction day. USA and International bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases and a $40.00 administrative fee is applied on all firearms sales. If purchased items cannot be imported, the items will be sold at the next available auction. Consignment commissions are applicable on the resale. Please note that we do not ship ammunition outside Canada.
