The Deluxe wood stock and forearm are in excellent condition with a light handling mark on the left side of the forearm towards the end, small very small pit like marks on both sides. The bluing is excellent with some light surface rust where the barrel is seated into the forearm near the receiver on both sides, small pit mark on the octagon part of the barrel about 1/2 inch in front of the rear site. There are some light scratches on the rear sight and a small mark on the end cap of the feeding tube.The bore is excellent. Comes with cardboard box missing the collector sleeve.
Gun has not been test fired or inspected by a gunsmith. Action works correctly to the best of our knowledge. We do not clean guns and recommend a thorough cleaning before use
The Winchester Model 94 Limited Edition Centennial Grade I was made in 1994 (to celebrate the 100th year production of the Winchester 1894 Rifle). The rifles feature No. 9 style engraving pattern (rolled) on both sides of the receiver with deer scene, deluxe wood, 26 inch half-round half-octagon barrel, half tube magazine.

Your items are available for pickup on the CFO issues an ATT. Please email cs@landsboroughauctions.com to make alternate arrangements.
Storage fees:
A $5.00 per item per day will be charged on items not picked up once the ATT has been issued.
Shipping Details:
A prerequisite of our auction is to select your preference to pick up or have items shipped. We will honour your selection. Items will be shipped together when possible. Shipping charges are determined after items have been packaged and weighed. There will be $15.00 per package handling charge. Specific items cannot be or will not be shipped (for example black powder or very large or expensive-to-ship items).
All items are sent by Canada Post or Purolator depending on location, size of parcel and regulations.
Items will be insured and a signature required.
We ship ammunition ONLY within Canada. Ammunition and firearms are shipped separately.
Dangerous goods (ammunition, powder, muzzle loading ignition, primers and compressed gases) will be shipped by Purolator. We require a physical address as Purolator does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please note we can only use Purolator for ammo and their costs will be more expensive than in the past. Purolator is the only option for shipping ammunition. Insurance cost will be charged and calculated at $2.90 per $100, so $1-$100 is $2.90, $101-$200 is $5.70, $201-$300 is $8.70 and so forth. Costs for shipping are processed on your credit card through the iCollector site.

Auction sales will be charged to Visa or Mastercard. NOTE TO ALL BUYERS: All purchases will be made in CAD (Canadian Dollars) currency. All sales are final at the drop of the hammer. All items purchased by bidders will be charged to their Visa or Mastercard at the conclusion of the auction through the iCollector site. If shipping is required for the purchases, a second charge will occur the day the item has been shipped.

In Canada a valid P.A.L. (possession and acquisition license) is required to acquire firearms and ammunition. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased within Canada. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on auction day. USA and International bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases and a $40.00 administrative fee is applied on all firearms sales. If purchased items cannot be imported, the items will be sold at the next available auction. Consignment commissions are applicable on the resale. Please note that we do not ship ammunition outside Canada.
